Job summary

Evolution Singapore is seeking an experienced System Analyst/Business Analyst to support a corporate banking technology transformation project focused on credit origination and financial analysis processes. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth integration of an AI-enabled SaaS solution, document flows, and credit approval workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in System Analysis or Business Analysis.
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred, esp. corporate lending or credit origination.
• Experience converting business needs into clear functional specs and BRDs/FSDs.
• Experience preparing/reviewing BRDs, FSDs, process flows, use cases and project docs.
• Coordination of UAT/SIT from a functional perspective and defect follow-up.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across business and tech teams.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills; proactive and independent.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and define functional specs.
• Analyse existing processes to identify workflow optimisation and automation opportunities.
• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories and use cases.
• Support AI-enabled SaaS integration with credit origination platforms and APIs.
• Collaborate with developers and solution architects to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT and validate requirements, tracking defects.
• Investigate system issues using API specs, logs, and databases.
• Lead workshops and reviews to obtain approvals and drive changes.
• Assist project planning, risk assessment, and post-implementation activities.
