Job summary

Deutsche Bank Singapore Private Bank is seeking a Client Service Executive to support Relationship Managers and Investment Managers in daily client servicing, transactions, and issue resolution. The role sits in a centralized team reporting to a local manager and offers hybrid working arrangements with extensive leave benefits.

You will be part of a high-performing Private Banking environment requiring 7+ years in client services, Private Banking experience, and fluency in English, with licenses

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Client Service Executive or Assistant Relationship Manager experience at AVP level.
• Experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management is essential.
• Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with goal orientation and a proactive attitude.
• Fluent written and spoken English with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Private Bankers to deliver excellent service to high net-worth clients and achieve retention.
• Manage desk administration and coordinate meetings and arrangements.
• Maintain client relationships and daily account maintenance per instructions.
• Process client instructions, monitor funds for payments, and handle related forms/loan disbursement instructions.
• Escalate issues to Management promptly and comply with regulatory data protections and cross-border rules.

The business are looking for a Client Service Executive to support the Relationship Managers (RMs) and Investment Managers (IMs) in the day to day servicing of clients through processing transactions, resolving account/payment problems and providing all round operational support. The role will sit in a centralized team reporting to a local manager.

Your key responsibilities:

• Support Private Banker to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients so as to achieve client retention, and be able to handle daily business-as-usual tasks within the desk and market
• Understanding of all desk administration and ability to manage meetings and all arrangements related to the meeting.
• Understand client requirements and assist Private Bankers in daily maintenance of account relationships
• Act as the client key interface over initiation of clients' instructions, monitor funds for payment, prepare clients' fax instructions, forms and loan disbursement instruction
• Ability to understand issues and appropriately elevate to Management in a timely fashion
• Develop good understanding of the governing regulatory framework, including but not limited to applicable confidentiality/secrecy/data protection regulations and cross border rules where relevant

Your skills and experience:

• 7 or more years of relevant Client Service Executive or Assistant Relationship Manager experience for AVP level
• Working experience from Private Banking or Wealth Management business is a must
• Strong team player, also able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task
• Self-motivated and goal orientated and a ‘can do’ personality, who is able to work in a high paced environment
• Fluent (written and oral) in English
• Meticulous, methodical and concise, with a strong attention to detail
• Relevant local licenses and qualifications such as CACS Paper 1 and 2 is a must
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
