Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as a Printing Press Operator.
• Strong understanding of color theory and print quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain printing presses.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure consistency and color accuracy.
• Interpret job orders and coordinate with pre-press team to meet specifications.
• Manage ink, paper, and material inventory for assigned presses.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Meet production schedules and efficiency standards.
