Job summary

StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Operator to operate and monitor printing and production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves following work instructions, production schedules and SOPs to ensure efficient output.

You will perform in-process inspections, conduct basic troubleshooting, and carry out routine maintenance while maintaining quality and safety standards. On-the-job training is provided, and opportunities for career development are offered.

Qualifications

Minimum Secondary or ITE qualification may be required.
Experience in printing/manufacturing is advantageous; on-the-job training will be provided.
Must be responsible, detail-oriented and able to follow work instructions and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor printing and production machines according to work instructions, production schedules and procedures.
Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality and identify defects; carry out basic troubleshooting.
Conduct routine daily and monthly machine maintenance to support smooth production operations.
Record production output, machine issues and job details in the ERP system; complete required documentation and line clearance.
Maintain good workplace housekeeping in line with 5S, GMP, quality, safety and other requirements.
