You will identify training needs, perform regular maintenance, and ensure 5S discipline. The role requires strict adherence to policies and timely completion of reports and line clearances in a on-site setting.

• Follow GMP quality systems and safety standards.
• Record production data accurately in ERP systems.
• Identify maintenance and training needs to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines to meet daily production targets.
• Implement and maintain quality systems in the production area following GMP standards.
• Identify equipment, procedural, and training needs to improve production efficiency.
• Inspect production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Detect printing issues and document them accurately in production reports.
• Perform daily and monthly machine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Execute 5S workplace organization and cleanliness standards consistently.
• Assure line clearance and accurately record job completion status.
• Update machine output data daily on the ERP system with accuracy and submit reports on time.
• Follow all company policies, department procedures, and work instructions.
• Comply with workplace safety and quality requirements at all times.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors as needed.
