Responsibilities

• Review files from client, verifying formatting meets printing requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot file issues related to quality, resolution and color accuracy to ensure optimal print results.
• Conduct preflight checks, layout, and color separations as necessary to prepare files for production.
• Create proofs for client or internal team review and prepare files for offset or digital output after approval.
• Maintain tidiness of work area and equipment.
• Communicate with team members to clarify requirements, provide status updates and manage expectations.
