Job summary

SSMC in Singapore is seeking a Principal Engineer for the Integration and Technology Development, HV Development team to drive development, transfer and qualification of new semiconductor processes for production.

You will lead cross-functional teams, run DOE studies, resolve integration issues, and ensure production-ready runsheets while advancing CMOS/HV/BiCMOS device technologies across projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in semiconductor/ electronics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing with device/process development or integration.
• Experience in HV, BCD, RF, NV, and BiCMOS device & technology development.
• CMOS fabrication experience.
• Good interpersonal skills across cultures and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, transfer & qualify new and derivative processes and transfer to Production.
• Lead cross-functional team to resolve process issues during development/transfer.
• Run DOE to optimize process integration and determine process specifications.
• Resolve all process integration issues via FMEA and window checks on critical steps.
• Work on inline & electrical test (ET) low CPK parameters and test vehicle yield improvement.
• Identify and correct ET-related problems affecting production.
• Ensure all runsheets are production worthy.
• Prepare engineering lot reports for new devices and experiments.
• P Productivity projects.
