Job summary

SSMC (Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd.) is seeking a Principal Engineer, HV Development to join the Technology Development, Process Development RF team in Singapore.

You will develop and transfer new processes, lead cross-functional resolution of issues, and run DOE to optimize integration while ensuring production readiness. The role requires a Master’s or higher in a relevant field, 5+ years in semiconductor device/process development, and experience with HV, BCD, RF, NV,

Qualifications

• Master degree or higher in relevant engineering field; Ph.D preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing with device/process development or integration.
• Experience with HV, BCD, RF, NV, BiCMOS and eFlash device/technology.
• Strong interpersonal skills across cultures and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, transfer & qualify new and derivative processes and ensure seamless transfer to Production.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve process issues during development/transfer.
• Run DOE to optimize process integration and determine process specifications.
• Resolve all process integration issues via FMEA window checks on critical steps.
• Work on inline & electrical test (ET) with low CPK parameters and yield improvement.

We’re searching for a Principal Engineer, HV Development (50702151) to be part of our Technology Development, Process Development RF Department diverse team of talent.

What you will be working on

• To develop, transfer & qualify new & derivative processes and seamless transfer to Production.
• Lead cross functional team to resolve any process issues encountered during development/transfer.
• Run design of experiments (DOE) to optimize process integration and to determine the process specification
• Resolve all process integration issues by ensuring all window checks are done on critical process steps identified in failure mode effect and analysis (FMEA)
• Work on inline & electrical test (ET) low CPK parameters & test vehicle esort yield improvement
• Identify and correct all ET related problems that may affect seamless production
• Ensure all runsheets are “production worthy”
• Prepare engineering lot report for every new device & experiment

More about you

• Master degree or above in semiconductor/electronics/electrical/Physics/Material engineering or relevant disciplines. Ph.D is preferable.
• Minimum 5 years working in a semiconductor manufacturing industry with experience in device/process development or integration.
• Experience in HV, BCD, RF, NV, and BiCOMS device & technology development is desired and preferred
• Good knowledge in semiconductor device physics.
• Possess CMOS fabrication experience.
• Good knowledge in HV, BCD, RF, NV, BiCMOS and eFlash device and technology
• Good interpersonal skills in working with different cultures and multi continental teams.
