Job summary

GenScript in Singapore seeks a Principal Scientist to lead Bispecific Antibody Design & Engineering, establishing the city-state as a center of excellence in complex antibody design and molecular engineering.

The role requires leadership in design-for-manufacturability, cross-functional collaboration, and translating in silico insights into production-ready biologics while advancing expression, developability and manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field.
• 5+ years of antibody design, protein expression and purification experience.
• Strong bispecific design expertise and troubleshooting expression challenges.
• Proven protein engineering work to improve expression or properties.

Responsibilities

• Lead biologics project portfolio to improve expression, stability and manufacturability.
• Oversee a team of researchers, guiding protein science methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate new tech to production.
