Job summary

Advinno Technologies is seeking a Sales FAE Engineer to drive business growth across Foundry, OSAT, Packaging, IC Design, Photonics, and EDA solutions in Singapore and across ASEAN regions. The role acts as the technical bridge from initial engagement through quotation, tapeout, assembly, testing, and ramp-up.

Positions available at Engineer, Senior Engineer, or Principal Engineer levels, with regional travel and collaboration with ecosystem partners to win multi-faceted opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Semiconductor Engineering, Photonics, Physics or equivalent.
• 2–5 years experience for Engineer level; 5–10 years for Senior; 10+ years for Principal.
• Experience in foundry, IC design, packaging, or semiconductor manufacturing is favorable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage customers independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across semiconductor services and related offerings.
• Serve as the technical bridge between customers and ecosystem partners from engagement to production ramp-up.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, SOWs, and support commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with FAE teams, foundries, OSATs, and IP/EDA vendors to meet customer requirements.
