Job summary

You will drive quality, lead cross-functional teams across equipment, process integration, and manufacturing, apply DOE and Six Sigma, and mentor shift technicians in a 24x7 operation. A degree in engineering with relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Engineering or equivalent with semiconductor process experience.
• Proven program management experience in complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Experience operating in a global, multi-site organization.
• Ability to drive governance, execution discipline, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Sustenance and development of semiconductor processes, including variability reduction and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal customers and participate in unit process development and troubleshooting.
• Improve process robustness using statistical tools, DOE, and data-driven decisions.
• Apply lean and six sigma practices to drive throughput and cost reductions.
• Train shift technicians for 24x7 HVM production; coordinate with multiple internal/external teams.
