Job summary

Micron Technology Singapore is seeking a leader in ALD/CVD thin film processes for 3D NAND device development. You will translate R&D findings into scalable manufacturing-ready solutions, mentor senior engineers, and guide cross-functional teams through technology transfer and optimization.

Ideal candidates have a PhD or equivalent with extensive experience in thin film R&D, process–device interactions, and data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's or Bachelor's with extensive relevant experience in the specified fields.
• Proven track record leading complex technology development in thin film R&D.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement technical strategy for cell film process development aligned to objectives.
• Lead multi-functional development, integration, and scaling of thin film processes for 3D NAND.
• Resolve complex technical challenges and drive reliability and yield improvements.
• Mentor engineers and represent the function in technical forums and collaborations.
• Integrate AI-enabled insights to improve efficiency and quality in daily work.
