Hands-on expertise with advanced thin film processing and characterization.
Ability to link process parameters to reliability and scaling behavior.
Strong leadership, mentorship, and cross-site collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Define technical strategy and lead multi-functional projects in structural and electrical film development.
Architect solutions and promote innovative technologies; influence standards and drive improvements.
Lead advanced process development, fixing, and integration across module interactions and device linkages.
Solve complex problems in process/structure/hardware/device interactions (RCA, FMEA, SPC).
Lead vendor engagements to push hardware/process capability and secure resources.
