Job summary

Micron Technology Singapore is seeking a senior engineering leader to define and drive the cell film process strategy for 3D NAND. You will lead cross-functional teams across SDRs, process development, and manufacturing to scale thin film technologies from R&D to high-volume production.

The ideal candidate has PhD or equivalent with deep ALD/CVD expertise, strong data analytics, and a track record of successful technology transfer and yield improvements in memory manufacturing.

Qualifications

• PhD or higher in a relevant field with extensive thin film R&D experience.
• Experience in 3D NAND cell R&D and technology transfer.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement technical strategy for cell film process development aligned to business and technology objectives.
• Lead multi-functional development, integration, and scaling of thin film processes for 3D NAND devices; ensure manufacturability.
• Drive cost reduction, yield improvement, and reliability enhancement programs via process/material improvements.
• Mentor senior engineers and influence technical direction; represent the function in technical forums and collaborations.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency, quality, and decision making.
