Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Singapore seeks an experienced System Concept Engineer to lead IP development for mixed-signal subsystems and drive integration from concept to silicon. You will align IP requirements with the product roadmap and collaborate across business lines to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• 12+ years of experience in digital and mixed-signal IC design.
• Strong knowledge of IP mixed-signal subsystems.
• Experience with RTL and gate-level simulation.
• Proficient in Verilog RTL design and power analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the IP for mixed-signal subsystem or IP.
• Align IP roadmap with BL/Div product roadmaps.
• Perform architectural studies to determine optimal hardware implementations for IP blocks.
• Drive mixed-signal subsystem design from design implementation to silicon delivery.
• Ensure all required documentation per quality standards.
• RTL logic design of modules using Verilog HDL.
• Lead design and verification reviews across project lifecycle.
• Perform logic synthesis, timing and power analysis to optimize designs.
• Support silicon bring-up and cross-functional validation.
