Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Singapore is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our Corporate Functions team. You will partner with business leaders on people and organizational matters to support the business strategy.

You will translate business needs into an HR roadmap, coach managers, coordinate HR processes, and ensure governance and compliance of HR policies and employment law.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and the needs of shopfloor/shift-based employees and people managers
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, resolve issues using established solutions, and support HR projects
