The Principal Engineer provides technical leadership for dry etch process development across critical NAND modules, shaping process roadmaps for current and future nodes and leading cross‑functional execution to solve high‑impact structural and device challenges. Success requires deep domain expertise in plasma etch, proven leadership in complex program delivery, and strong vendor engagement to close technology gaps.
Provide technical mentorship and act as a resource for peers in dry etch technology and project execution. Provide critical status and risk updates to leadership stakeholders. Integrates AI‑assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI‑enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
