in Singapore is seeking an experienced Power Solutions Leader to oversee the technical performance of generators, BESS, and distribution systems, guiding product testing and design improvements for reliability and efficiency. You will mentor engineers and technicians, evaluate new technologies, and collaborate with suppliers and sales teams to deliver safe, reliable energy solutions in a fast-growing market.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in power solutions, generators, BESS or distribution systems.
• Strong knowledge of power generation, energy storage and distribution.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
• Hands-on problem-solving balancing technical and practical needs.
• Familiarity with Singapore safety and regulatory standards is an advantage.

• Provide technical support to sales and business development teams during client discussions.
• Keep abreast of industry developments in power generation, energy storage and hybrid power systems.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in power solutions, generators, BESS or power distribution systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of power generation, energy storage and distribution.
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams.
• Hands‑on problem‑solving skills with the ability to balance technical requirements and practical applications.
• Familiarity with Singapore safety and regulatory standards is an advantage.
