in Singapore is seeking an experienced Power Solutions Leader to oversee the technical performance of generators, BESS, and distribution systems, guiding product testing and design improvements for reliability and efficiency. You will mentor engineers and technicians, evaluate new technologies, and collaborate with suppliers and sales teams to deliver safe, reliable energy solutions in a fast-growing market.

Formación

5–7 years of experience in power solutions, generators, BESS or distribution systems.
Strong knowledge of power generation, energy storage and distribution.
Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
Hands-on problem-solving balancing technical and practical needs.
Familiarity with Singapore safety and regulatory standards is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

Oversee technical performance of generators, BESS, cables and distribution boards.
Lead product testing, reviews and design improvements to boost reliability, efficiency and safety.
Evaluate new technologies and conduct feasibility studies for new product development.
Guide and mentor engineers and technicians to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with suppliers and external partners on evaluations and technical solutions.
Provide technical support to sales and business development during client discussions.
Keep abreast of industry developments in power generation, energy storage and hybrid systems.
