Job summary

Frost & Sullivan is seeking an Associate Director / Principal Consultant to drive investor transformation engagements in Asia. The role focuses on financial modeling, due diligence, and M&A advisory, leading multi-location teams to deliver high-quality insights for capital markets clients.

Based in the Mumbai office, the role requires strong leadership, client engagement, and ability to guide remote teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Masters/Bachelors’ Degree in Finance (MBA/Finance) with strong modeling background.
• CFA Level 3 certification (or equivalent) advantageous.
• 10+ years in Associate Director; 7-8 years as Principal Consultant in finance/advisory.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales and business development, prepare proposals, and drive client pitches.
• Oversee project fulfillment, QC of data, and timely delivery with high client satisfaction.
