Frost & Sullivan (Singapore) PTE LTD is seeking an Associate Director / Principal Consultant in Mumbai to lead investor transformation engagements, including pre-sales, proposals, and client delivery across a range of financial services clients.

The role requires 10+ years (Associate Director) or 7–8 years (Principal Consultant) of relevant experience, strong financial modeling, and leadership capabilities, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and communication in English.

Qualifications

• Masters/Bachelors’ Degree in Finance or related field.
• MBA in Finance is preferred.
• CFA Level 3 or equivalent adds value.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales / business development support: engage clients, prepare proposals, lead pitches and develop concept notes.
• Lead project fulfillment and manage projects to meet client expectations with quality and on time; supervise team and provide QC.
