Job summary

Frost & Sullivan in Mumbai seeks an Associate Director/Principal Consultant to lead investor-focused advisory engagements. You will drive pre-sales, build financial models, manage cross-border teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality insights across capital markets and corporate finance projects.

The role requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with experience in M&A advisory, due diligence, and market research.

Qualifications

• Masters/Bachelors’ Degree from a reputable institution with a Finance degree, preferably MBA Finance.
• A Level 3 CFA certification (or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
• 10+ years for Associate Director / 7-8 years for Principal Consultant in research / consulting / advisory environment.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales / business development support; engage clients / prospective clients; lead proposals and develop thought leadership to support growth.
• Project fulfillment and project management; deliver projects on time with high quality and client satisfaction; guide project teams and perform QC.
