Job summary

Oliver Wyman in Singapore is seeking a Principal to lead complex financial-services strategy and transformation engagements across Southeast Asia. You will combine senior-level advisory work with hands-on delivery of digital banking products and influence decisions at the highest client levels.

You will mentor junior consultants, build lasting client relationships, and work with regional leadership to raise client impact while delivering thought leadership in the financial services space.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of Financial Services experience, from a top-tier strategy firm or equivalent in-house consulting.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams or work streams under tight deadlines.
• Strong experience advising banks and consumer-finance institutions at senior exec level.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial-services strategy and transformation engagements across Southeast Asia, combining advisory work with hands-on delivery.
• Manage end-to-end projects and key modules, shaping hypotheses, data gathering, and rigorous analysis.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and expand long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with Oliver Wyman leadership to deliver high-quality work and client impact.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
