Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or project-based environments.
• Track record of leading and managing teams or work streams and delivering under tight deadlines.
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
• Financial services industry knowledge or breadth across practice areas is preferred.
• Ability to apply content knowledge for thought leadership and business development.
• Outstanding communication skills; confidence presenting to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project modules, including hypothesis development, data collection, model creation and analysis.
• Support Partners in project delivery with high-quality execution.
• Own and develop executive client relationships and interact with stakeholders.
• For Manager/Principal hires, mentor junior staff and develop capabilities.
