Associates and Engagement Managers drive multi-workstream projects, coach juniors, and build trusted client relationships through clear, actionable recommendations and polished presentations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience (Associate) or 7–10 years (Engagement Manager) ideally with a top-tier firm or financial services.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage workstreams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent analytic and structured thinking; capable of communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication and an ability to translate analyses into recommendations.
• Curiosity for data analysis and an interest in AI/GenAI applications in finance and risk.
• Experience delivering client-ready presentations and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting teams on finance, risk and restructuring engagements, managing analyses, workstreams and project delivery.
• Develop insights by translating analyses into clear recommendations and executive-level presentations.
• Manage projects through planning, stakeholder management and coaching of junior team members.
• Build client relationships by partnering with senior stakeholders and delivering impactful solutions.
• Deliver analytical excellence through financial, operational and risk analyses, leveraging automation and GenAI-assisted workflows.
• Support client work across finance transformation, enterprise risk, treasury, regulatory change, operations, and data governance.
