Qualifications

• Senior technical leader capable of an organisation-wide mandate in engineering with AI.
• Experience shaping architecture for large-scale, distributed systems.
• Strong ability to foster autonomous teams while maintaining coherence.
• Proven track record in defining reusable platform primitives and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Transform the Software Development Lifecycle with AI across requirements to operations.
• Architect high-throughput, reliable distributed systems and optimize for scalability, resilience, and cost.
• Build common platforms across the Grab ecosystem to enable multiple teams and businesses.
• Enable autonomous teams by establishing reference architectures, engineering principles, and governance.
