Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Principal, Leadership & Organization Capability to lead AI-enabled leadership development at scale.

You will design differentiated leadership pathways, governance of the leadership portfolio, and a global facilitator ecosystem to drive culture transformation and business performance. The role emphasizes measurement, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with Talent Partners and senior leaders to accelerate organizational capability and transformation

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, culture transformation, and enterprise change management.
Experience designing and delivering global leadership development programs.
Ability to build leadership capability systems linked to measurable business outcomes.
Experience influencing senior partners and translating strategy into scalable leadership experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead leadership development governance and scaled delivery across the enterprise with consistent design standards.
Build and optimize a global facilitator ecosystem for high-impact leadership experiences.
Establish a measurement strategy to demonstrate impact on leadership capability and organizational outcomes.
Collaborate with Talent Partners and leaders to align priorities with business needs.
Translate evolving business priorities into scalable leadership strategies and AI-enabled solutions.
