Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to perform Manufacturing Engineering activities in Component Repair production areas, ensuring capability of production methods and resolving technical issues to meet SQCD requirements.

You will support integration across the product lifecycle and supply chain, drive zero-defect culture, and work with cross-functional teams to deploy the Operating System standards, with emphasis on Lean improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aeronautical/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3 years of work experience in manufacturing/repair/overhaul.
• Good knowledge of fixture design and masking.
• Strong communication, analytical and project management abilities.
• Hands-on problem-solving skills and Six Sigma experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Manufacturing Engineering activities in Component Repair areas to ensure capable production methods.
• Support integration of Manufacturing Engineering across the product lifecycle and supply chain.
• Drive Right First Time and zero-defect culture with process improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to deploy operating standards.
