Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline with focus on manufacturing.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or MRO is preferred.
• Familiarity with NADCAP, FAIR, MSA or similar quality standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize manufacturing and repair processes for aerospace engine/component overhaul operations.
• Serve as the technical authority ensuring methods meet quality, safety, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues in machining, welding, coating, balancing, inspection, and repair.
