You will estimate durations, manpower, and resources; monitor site progress to flag delays; produce weekly and monthly progress reports and assist with EOT claims; support tender submissions and coordinate handover activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Experience in planning project schedules and baselines.
• Ability to prepare progress reports and support EOT claims.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, baselines, and progress updates.
• Plan and coordinate construction, M&E, and process systems activities.
• Estimate activity durations, manpower, and resource requirements.
• Monitor site progress and identify potential delays or critical issues.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and support EOT claims.
• Support tender submissions with technical and project schedules.
• Manage RI/TOP schedules and coordinate project handover activities.
