UES HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction Planner with strong experience in developing construction programmes and coordinating with major projects.

You will prepare work formats, identify critical paths, and manage histograms, tables, S-curves and resource logs for client submissions. The role requires proficiency in Primavera Software, experience with large-scale projects, and the ability to apply critical path methods while maintaining clear written and interpersonal communication in a

Qualifikationen

Degree in Building Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in construction planning and programme coordination for major construction projects.
Experience with Primavera Software; ideally 10 years in programme coordination.
Able to apply critical path method techniques and knowledge of construction sequencing.
Good written and interpersonal skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

Prepare work format, critical path identification.
Prepare histograms, tables, S-curves, resources logs.
Develop construction programmes.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for client submission.
Prepare all programming information and submissions to the S.O.

Ausbildung

Degree in Building Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent

Relevant experience in construction planning and programme coordination
