Job summary

CREC CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Scheduler in Singapore to develop master programs, baseline schedules, and working timelines using Primavera P6 or MS Project. You will break down projects with WBS, perform CPM analyses, and coordinate resource and cost planning.

You will also support tender bids, monitor progress, manage delays and changes, and deliver dashboards and look-ahead schedules for clients.

Responsibilities

• Progress tracking & monitoring: Collect daily or weekly site progress reports to update schedules and measure actual output against baselines.
• Delay & risk management: Identify potential bottlenecks, analyze root causes of delays, and propose recovery options or resequencing strategies.
• Change management: Incorporate approved design changes, variation orders, and timeline adjustments into the master program.
• Reporting & forecasting: Produce progress dashboards, S-curves, labor histograms, and look-ahead schedules for clients and project leadership.
