Job summary

Formative Minds Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a Full-Time Primary Math Teaching Specialist. Based at our Central (Novena) or East (Marine Parade) centre, you will deliver our MOE-aligned curriculum and engage students with data-driven insights.

You will use our analytics platform to monitor learning progress, provide updates to parents, and contribute to curriculum development. The role requires a passion for teaching, at least two years of experience, and a willingness to grow through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (local university preferred: NUS, NTU, SMU, SUTD).
• Familiar with the local Singapore School Curriculum (Primary Level Math).
• At least 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Passion for teaching young minds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the curriculum across 10–12 classes per week, each 2 hours.
• Record quiz results and use the analytics platform to monitor progress.
• Engage students and parents with regular performance updates.
• Contribute to curriculum improvement and planning.
• Perform administrative tasks and cover peers when needed.
• Work 5 days per week, including at least one weekend day.
