Job summary

Oodles Math is seeking passionate Math Coaches to implement a MOE-aligned curriculum in an onsite learning environment for children aged 6 to 12.

The ideal candidate will tailor educational plans to develop students intellectually, socially, and emotionally, and to cultivate a love for learning. You will collaborate with parents and attend curriculum trainings, be willing to train in our teaching method and work across weekends and weekdays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline with relevant specialisation, or Education degree.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisation, and time management skills.
• Creative, positive, and energetic disposition.
• Growth mindset and computer literacy.
• Willing to be trained in the Oodles teaching method.
• Willing to work 2 weekends and 3 weekdays.

• Create an onsite classroom culture that is welcoming and positive.
• Utilise a wide variety of teaching methods to create deep understanding for all learners.
• Drive outstanding student achievement for all students in your class.
• Conduct engaging trial lessons to drive student conversion.
• Establish and maintain harmonious relationships with students and parents.
• Provide weekly updates to parents on students’ performance and progress.
• Assess, record, and report on the development and progress of students.
• Attend and participate in curriculum meetings and trainings.
