Formative Minds, a dynamic Ed-Tech enrichment centre in Singapore, invites applications for a Full-Time Primary Math Teaching Specialist based at our Central (Novena) or East (Marine Parade) branches. Enjoy a 5-day work week with weekend teaching, and growth through the Management Associate Programme for high-potential staff.

You will deliver the MOE-aligned Primary Math curriculum, leverage data analytics for performance insights, and engage students and parents to drive exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, local university preferred.
• Familiar with the Singapore primary math curriculum.
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience (2 years preferred).
• Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: implement Formative Minds curriculum, ~10–12 classes per week, 2 hours per class.
• Data-Driven Feedback: record quiz results and use our analytics platform to monitor learning performance.
• Student & Parent Engagement: build strong relationships and provide progress updates.
• Curriculum Contribution: support improvements and development of curriculum.
• Administrative Excellence: perform admin tasks, cover peers, contribute in meetings.
• Work Schedule: 5-day week with at least one weekend teaching.
