Job summary

MindAce Academy is seeking a Full-Time Primary Math Teacher in Singapore to deliver engaging Math lessons to P1–P6 students using our structured curriculum. You will help students build confidence, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities while providing regular feedback to parents.

The role requires patience, energy, and strong teamwork. Previous tutoring or teaching experience in Primary Math and familiarity with the Singapore MOE syllabus are preferred; diploma or degree holders are

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Primary Mathematics to P1–P6 students.
• Familiarity with Singapore MOE Math syllabus and PSLE expectations is a plus.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt to different student abilities.
• Willingness to participate in training and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging Primary Math lessons using a structured curriculum and teaching framework.
• Guide students through concepts, problem sums, heuristics, and exam strategies.
• Monitor progress via class participation, homework, assessments, and observations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct engaging Primary Math lessons using our structured curriculum and teaching framework
• Guide students through concepts, heuristics, problem sums, and exam strategies in a clear and encouraging manner
• Monitor student progress through class participation, homework, assessments, and observations
• Provide regular verbal and written feedback to parents on student learning and progress
• Mark assignments and provide timely, constructive feedback to students
• Support curriculum refinement and contribute ideas to improve lesson quality and student outcomes
• Attend team meetings and teacher development sessions
• Provide make‑up lessons or class coverage when required
• Carry out basic administrative responsibilities related to classes and student progress

• Have strong mastery of the Singapore Primary Math syllabus (including problem sums & heuristics)
• Can explain concepts clearly and adapt to different student abilities

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior tutoring or teaching experience in Primary Math
• Familiarity with the Singapore MOE Math syllabus and PSLE expectations
• Diploma or Degree holders preferred (but strong teaching ability matters most)

Work Schedule & Expectations

Full-Time Position

• 5-day work week (including weekends)

Teaching Workload

• Up to 11 classes per week
• Small class size of max 6 students
• Lesson preparation, marking, parent communication, and team collaboration expected as part of the role
