Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst focused on pricing, billing, and payments within a banking environment. You will design and govern pricing models, fee structures, and billing workflows across retail and corporate banking products.

The role involves collaborating with Product, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to ensure compliant, efficient payment processing and revenue recognition, with strong SQL/Excel skills and knowledge of CBS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or IS.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in banking, payments, or financial services.
• Understanding of pricing models for retail, corporate, cards, transaction banking, or digital payments.
• Experience with Core Banking Systems (Finacle, Flexcube, T24) and payment platforms (SWIFT, RTGS, ACH).
• Strong SQL/Excel and data tooling skills; Agile/Scrum experience; stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document pricing, billing, and payments requirements for banking products.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to design pricing frameworks and fee structures.
• Translate requirements into BRDs/FRDs, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support configuration and enhancement of billing engines within CBS, cards platforms, digital banking, and transaction banking systems.
• Ensure accurate fee computation, invoicing, settlement, and revenue recognition; support regulatory reporting.
