Job summary

HSBC Life Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate, Pricing to drive end-to-end pricing for life insurance products and to support the pricing leads across the pricing lifecycle. The role involves collaboration with IT, product, policy servicing and distribution teams to ensure timely product delivery and accurate financial analysis.

You will participate in system migrations, pricing infrastructure updates and in-force policy support, while upholding regulatory and risk controls in a dynamic team

Qualifications

• University graduate in actuarial science, statistics or economics.
• Actuarial pricing experience in life insurance preferred.
• Experience with Prophet, VBA and Excel programming preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pricing and implement new products.
• Support actuarial pricing leads in end-to-end processes, pricing, testing and system implementation.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, Policy Servicing and New Business teams for timely system migrations.
• Liaise with Products, Distribution and Policy Servicing teams on policy updates and illustrations.
• Contribute to risk management and control projects and regulatory initiatives.
