Job summary

LMA Recruitment Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a High Net Worth Pricing Lead for a leading insurer in Singapore.

This role sits at the intersection of pricing, product strategy and commercial decision‑making to shape the insurer’s HNW proposition. You will lead pricing strategy for HNW products, develop models, and collaborate with Product, Distribution, Underwriting, Valuation and Risk to ensure pricing is sound and sustainable.

Qualifications

• Actuarial qualification or strong actuarial background preferred.
• Experience in life insurance pricing, preferably HNW/affluent propositions.
• Strong understanding of product profitability, assumptions and insurance economics.
• Able to translate pricing analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management across functions.
• Experience in the Singapore insurance market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy and development for HNW insurance products.
• Develop and review pricing assumptions, methodologies and models.
• Partner with Product, Distribution, Underwriting, Valuation and Risk teams to ensure pricing is commercially sound and sustainable.
• Provide pricing insights and recommendations to support product launches, repricing and portfolio optimisation.
• Monitor portfolio experience and profitability, identifying opportunities and emerging risks.
• Support senior management with pricing analysis and business recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvements to pricing frameworks, tools and processes.
