THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Early Childhood educator to join our management team as Vice-Principal.

This dual-role position blends classroom teaching with hands-on leadership, ideal for a Senior Teacher ready to step into management with mentoring provided. You will lead English language and literacy teaching for an upper-level preschool class, oversee curriculum aligned with ECDA frameworks, manage staff rosters, and support parent communications while ensuring

Qualifications

Leadership certification recognized by ECDA, or leadership training in progress.
Solid classroom teaching experience, preferably with upper-level preschoolers.
Experience teaching English language and literacy to young children.

Responsibilities

Teaching Duties: Teach English Language to an upper-level preschool class; Deliver curriculum aligned with ECDA frameworks; Plan and conduct engaging lessons that promote language and literacy development; Oversee classroom learning and child development.
Administrative & Leadership Duties: Prepare and manage staff rosters; Handle petty cash and groceries ordering; Assist with parent billing and fee collection; Conduct school tours in the Senior Principal's absence; Greet parents, address feedback and resolve daily issues; Manage ECDA paperwork and regulatory compliance; Lead curriculum development and improvements; Conduct teacher training and mentoring sessions.
