THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Early Childhood educator to join our management team as Vice-Principal.

This dual role combines classroom teaching with hands-on leadership and mentoring to support your transition into administration. Ideal candidates are Senior Teachers with leadership qualifications. Responsibilities span teaching upper-level preschool English and leading curriculum development, with rotating 7am–7pm shifts, Monday–Friday, at our Paya Lebar Crescent

Qualifications

Leadership certification preferred or undergoing leadership training.
Strong classroom teaching experience, preferably with upper-level preschoolers.
Experience teaching English Language and literacy to children.

Responsabilités

Teach English Language to an upper-level preschool class.
Deliver curriculum aligned with ECDA frameworks.
Plan and conduct engaging lessons that promote language and literacy development.
Oversee classroom learning and child development.
Prepare and manage staff rosters.
Handle petty cash and groceries ordering.
Assist with parent billing and fee collection.
Conduct school tours in the Senior Principal's absence.
Greet parents, address feedback and resolve daily issues.
Manage ECDA paperwork and regulatory compliance.
Lead curriculum development and improvements.
Conduct teacher training and mentoring sessions.
