THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Early Childhood educator to join our management team as Vice-Principal.

This dual role combines classroom teaching with hands-on leadership and mentoring to support your transition into administration. Ideal candidates are Senior Teachers with leadership qualifications. Responsibilities span teaching upper-level preschool English and leading curriculum development, with rotating 7am–7pm shifts, Monday–Friday, at our Paya Lebar Crescent

Qualifications

• Leadership certification preferred or undergoing leadership training.
• Strong classroom teaching experience, preferably with upper-level preschoolers.
• Experience teaching English Language and literacy to children.

Responsibilities

• Teach English Language to an upper-level preschool class.
• Deliver curriculum aligned with ECDA frameworks.
• Plan and conduct engaging lessons that promote language and literacy development.
• Oversee classroom learning and child development.
• Prepare and manage staff rosters.
• Handle petty cash and groceries ordering.
• Assist with parent billing and fee collection.
• Conduct school tours in the Senior Principal's absence.
• Greet parents, address feedback and resolve daily issues.
• Manage ECDA paperwork and regulatory compliance.
• Lead curriculum development and improvements.
• Conduct teacher training and mentoring sessions.
