Job summary

Nordic Preschool Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Preschool Principal to lead daily operations, ensure ECDA licensing compliance, and drive teaching excellence. You will shape curriculum aligned with MOE/ECDA guidelines, mentor staff, and engage families to foster a thriving learning community.

The role requires strong leadership, curriculum expertise, and a passion for early childhood development to deliver a safe, inclusive environment for young children and their families.

Qualifications

• ECDA-DECCE-L or equivalent qualification required.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the preschool.
• Ensure ECDA licensing compliance and quality standards.
• Oversee curriculum planning aligned with MOE and ECDA guidelines.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teaching staff to maintain high standards of pedagogy.
