Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Preschool Principal in Singapore to lead the centre’s day-to-day operations and long-term development. You will oversee enrolment, curriculum quality, staff management and parent engagement to ensure a safe, high-quality learning environment.

You will coach teachers, drive events and learning journeys, and maintain regulatory compliance while collaborating with administrative staff and stakeholders to grow the centre and the community.

Qualifications

• ECDA L2 educator certification required.
• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL) required.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the preschool.
• Lead enrolment and parent engagement activities.
• Manage staff recruitment, performance and attendance.
• Monitor curriculum and teaching quality through observations.
