Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Preschool Principal to lead a team of early childhood educators across Toa Payoh, Novena, and Marine Drive, with islandwide locations available.

We offer a 5-day work week, a monthly salary of SGD 5,500–6,500, and a role focused on strategic direction, licensing compliance with ECDA, parental engagement, and overall preschool management.

Experience in ECDA-regulated settings and a leadership diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or ECDA-recognized certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of early childhood teachers to provide quality education and care for children.
• Oversee strategic direction and overall management of the preschool.
• Build strong relationships with parents to address concerns timely and appropriately.
• Handle ECDA licensing, renewals, and regulatory compliance.
• Set educational standards and implement policies and programs.
• Review policies to improve preschool standards and potential acquisitions.
• Ensure daily operations comply with licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor teachers to improve performance and collaboration.
• Implement center programs, initiatives, and events.
• Manage enrollment and center administration.
