SATO Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced System Analyst (Presales) to blend business analysis with technical presales for enterprise software within manufacturing and industrial automation environments.

You will translate customer requirements into scalable solutions and demonstrate value through product presentations, POCs, and tailored demonstrations. In this role, you will partner with sales teams and stakeholders, conduct discovery sessions, document requirements, and design

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years in Presales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or related role.
Experience with enterprise software in manufacturing, industrial automation, logistics, or related industries.
Ability to gather requirements, propose solutions, and support delivery.

Responsibilities

Presales & Solution Consulting: qualify opportunities and support deal closure throughout the sales lifecycle.
Requirements Analysis & Documentation: gather, analyze, and document functional/non-functional requirements.
Solution Design & Architecture: design high-level solution architectures and integration approaches.
Industrial Automation & Systems Integration: provide expertise on integrating software with shop-floor equipment and OT protocols.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Product Management, Software Engineering, QA, and Implementation teams.
