## The RoleAs a Presales Solutions Architect, you are the senior technical face of Alauda to prospective customers and partners. You'll lead complex customer engagements end-to-end - from discovery and architecture design to competitive positioning and technical wins. Part technologist, part storyteller, you translate complex platform capabilities into compelling business outcomes for CIOs, CTOs, and engineering leaders. You'll also train the sales team, conduct competitive analysis, and represent Alauda at industry events.* Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant technical field* 3+ years of experience in presales, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or IT advisory* Fluent English - comfortable presenting to C-level audiences and leading technical workshops* Strong grasp of cloud computing, Kubernetes, containerization, and enterprise infrastructure* Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into business value* Excellent presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills* Experience in enterprise presales for platform or infrastructure products (OpenShift, Rancher, Tanzu, cloud providers)* Hands-on development or operations background* Experience working with partners or channel sales* Track record of presenting at industry conferences or meetups**Work That Matters - ** Our platform runs mission-critical infrastructure for the world's largest banks, telcos, and governments.
