## The RoleAs a Presales Engineer, you'll support the sales team with technical expertise throughout the customer engagement cycle. You'll help prospective customers understand Alauda's platform through demos, trials, and technical discussions, and contribute to proposals and bid documents. This is a great entry point into the presales discipline - you'll develop deep product knowledge, sharpen your presentation skills, and build relationships with enterprise customers across the globe.* Support customer engagements with product demonstrations, technical Q&A, and proof-of-concept assistance* Help prepare presales deliverables: solution proposals, RFP responses, test reports, and technical collateral* Work with the sales team to identify customer needs and map them to Alauda's platform capabilities* Collect and organize customer and market requirements, feeding insights back to Product and Engineering* Participate in partner technical exchanges and industry events* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field* 1+ years of experience in a technical role - presales, development, operations, or technical support* Interest in cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, and modern infrastructure* Fluent English - comfortable communicating with international customers* Strong communication and presentation skills - both written and verbal* Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn* Hands-on experience with cloud computing, Kubernetes, or container platforms* Experience in presales, customer-facing consulting, or solution design* Familiarity with mainstream cloud computing products and vendors**Work That Matters - ** Our platform runs mission-critical infrastructure for the world's largest banks, telcos, and governments.
