Job summary

Tech Data APAC in Singapore seeks a Presales Consultant to support the Sales team with technical presales activities, deliver tailored demonstrations, and qualify opportunities. You will lead technical POCs, coordinate assets, and train partners on products and solutions.

The role requires strong networking knowledge, presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex technology for customers. You’ll engage at multiple levels and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience providing presales technical support and product demonstrations.
• Ability to translate complex technology into customer-friendly language.
• Experience handling RFP/RFI responses and technical validation events (POC).
• Strong presentation and training delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account/Product Managers with qualification of opportunities by providing presales technical support.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and deliver deep-dive product demonstrations to customers and business partners.
• Deliver training to partners on products and solutions.
• Contribute to and refine technical RFP/RFI responses.
• Conduct customer demonstrations and presentations.
• Coordinate and manage technical validation events (POC).
• Coordinate and manage POC assets.
• Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate.
• Recommend and influence market content.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
