Job summary

AI Rudder seeks a Solutions Architect to drive sales efforts by understanding client needs and delivering tailored AI-enabled solutions. You will engage in RFP/RFI cycles, address security & compliance questions, and work at the intersection of LLMs, Voice AI, and Agentic frameworks.

You will lead proposal development, collaborate across DevSecOps and privacy, and help optimize model performance for voice assistants and chatbots.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 5+ years in presales or technical consulting with focus on technical solutions.
• Solid background in gateway, message queue, caching, and database components.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to understand client requirements and craft customized solutions across Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Data Center, Storage, and Network.
• Lead development of comprehensive RFP/RFI responses with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate inputs (DevSecOps, Privacy) for security & compliance questionnaires.
